What is Lucky Potion?

Lucky Potion is the ordinary luck consumable. Heavenly Potion's cauldron recipe asks for 250 of them. Same-type potions at different levels do not stack; the highest tier applies. Different potion types can stack, and overlapping durations extend the window.
